Outook 2003 shuts down at startup

I have Outlook 2003 running on a Windows 2000 file server. Different users
either log on directly on the file server or remote in and open Outlook from
their own profile. Since yesterday, Outlook shuts down immediately after
launching. It will not even start in safe mode. This occurs for only one
user. Other user is ok. I tried to restore the outlook files from before this
problem but that didn't help. The only add in is the Cloudmark spam blocker,
but the other user has this also. Any ideas how I can fix this problem? Thank
you.

Thank
you.

There are two other threads today reporting problems with the Cloudmark spam
blocker.

Thank you David, I see the other posts. For everyone's information, I
followed the Cloudmark suggestion and it fixed the problem. This was to
delete a folder from the Cloudmark profile for the user encountering the
shut-down.

What folder did you need to delete? I am having the same problem with my
Outlook 2002.
