Outoolk Exporting

I have exported my inbox in Outlook. By default the
encryption option was selected. I exported the inbox.
After I reinstaaled my Windows and the Office I wanted to
import that inbox again, but I can't. Is there a way to do
that?

Define "can't" What version of Windows and Office. What errors do you get?
Exactly what steps do you take when you try? This isn't the
alt.psychic.hotline newsgroup.
