overall performance of a resource

I have read all the documents regading MS-Project/Server 2007.

I would like to know that by installing Project Profesional & Server in an
organisation,can a Manager is able to view the performance of an
individual(resource) over a period of time ?for eg:for every 3months/6
months..(.according to the Managers wish)....irrespective of the projects a
resource is involved.
Thatis,i would like to see a persons involvement over a period of time in
multiple works corresponding status,duration and all.

Any tool like this can only record and report on Resource activities.
Performance is very subjective. For example if a resource finishes a project
20% ahead of schedule but the customer is unhappy with the result, how would
your manager compare that resources performance with someone who finished
20% over time but with a very happy customer?

Hello Sir,I agree with u.

But let us forget about the result . Our manager just wants to see the
record of activities(multiple projects ) done by an individual over a period
of time.Will it be possible to see the entire data at a time.If so,what are
the options by which i can visualize.
