OWA Lite no matter what

I'm running Exchange 2007 and I have one user that when they use OWA they
always get the lite version whether the check box is checked or not. I need
some suggestions on where to start troubleshooting this. I don't know how to
approach it.

Verify the user's browser version and then post to microsoft.public.exchange.clients.
OWA is actually part of Exchange, not Outlook.
