OWA-Mac

Mark

We have got OWA 5.5 we are trying to get access to our
exchange server through a mac so that people can read
there emails on a mac. Do we need to setup anything on
the exchange server so that IE on the mac can view
exchange from a mac. When we use a pc to access OWA it
works fine with no problems but when we use internet
exploer for mac we dont even get a logon screen.

Any help would be apriceated:)

Internet Explorer is regarded by some as the browser of last resort on a
Mac. If you are using Mac OS X try Safari, Camino, Mozilla, Firebird or
Omniweb (probably others too). I reularly use Safari and Camino with no
problem accessing OWA 5.5. If you are on MacOS 9... well try another
browser...Netscpae perhaps.

Hi Mark,
Few things to check.
Is your Mac having the same DNS server settings as your PC users?
Have you unchecked the Use Proxy for local server tab in the Web Proxy
settings of IE?
