OWA to Outlook

Currently all email is retrieved via OWA there is no Outlook program on the
computers.

Due to the access to this OWA (and server) soon going away (company
shutdown) , is there a way to retrieve this mail to an Outlook client at
home, (outside the company network and firewall) without having VPN access?

Is the only "work around " for this the need for the mail to be downloaded
to an Outlook client while connected to the company network.

Thanks for any assistance offered in this inquiry.

Only if you access OWA at home with an http:// address instead of an https:// address, which is highly unlikely.

Right.
