When I open access database in Access 2003 I get the
following error. Please note that the database was made
in 97 and moved to access 2002 and I am currently trying
to open in access 2003.
" Your database or project contains a missing or broken
reference to the file 'OWC10.DLL version 1.1.
To ensure it works properly your must fix this reference."
I tied to fix the reference based on some other notes,
but doesn't seems to be working. May be version 1.1 is
not there.
Please email link for file that is version 1.1
