OWS Accounts on Local Server

When creating project subwebs autonatically, there are
OWS_... groups created on the local server that Project
Server resides on. Is there a way to keep these accounst
from happening??

As far as I know, no. It's a "feature" of STS 1.0.

I do know that this has been addressed in Windows
Sharepoint Services(STS 2.0).
