I just installed outlook and I can't send or receive. I checked and all my
mail account settings are correct. Getting error mess. OX800421OA and OB?

Not sure what this has to do with Contacts.
Provide information:
Outlook version
Mail account type and how you configured it
How you are sending the messages.
