Pack and Go isn't working on my Powerpoint 2000. Any suggestions?

I tried downloading ppt viewer 97 but that didn't help either. What other
gremlins could be lurking out there? Thanks, Rick

Please tell us what's happening or not happening when you try to Pack and
Go. Are you getting error messages?

I'm using Ppt 2000 and after processing, it said the pack and go was
successful. I emailed the presentation and later received an email stating
when they tried to open it they rec'd a msg "no ppt viewer 97" was installed
in their computer. Pack and Go should eliminate the need for the viewer or
am I incorrect in my understanding? Thanks, Rick

No, Pack and Go gives you the option of including the PPT Viewer when you
pack and go. If you opt not to include it, it's not there.

You must download the Viewer, double-click to install it on your machine,
and then when you Pack and Go click the button to include the Viewer when
you see it.
