Sometime last week someone complained about their inability to have their HP
printer collate pages.
Well last Thursday I started printing a newsletter using an HP deskjet6127
printer with the duplex option.
Lo and behold I had the same problem. After a series of emails back and
forth (I must say their responses were with an hour of posting my email) I
received a call from their "trouble shooting section" (the quotes are mine
as well as those three words) we had a good conversation for about an hour.
The problem still exists, however, they feel it is a hardware problem and
are sending a new printer.
I will respond after I get the new printer and it is tested.
This is just a heads up message.
