Page Numbers In Publisher

A few years ago I figured out how to start my
publications page number (in a footer) at some number
other than 1 (which is the defaul). Unfortunately, I
can't remember how I did it!

Does anyone know how?

Example - I want the first page of my publication to be
page 100, and I want pages to automatically increase from
there.

In Publisher 2002 and later:
Insert > Section

In Publisher 2000 and below:
Tools > Options
