page set up- print preview

Hello Dear:
I am trying to print one page gantt.
I set up the page to "fit to" 1 page and "wide to" 1 page aswell.
However it is printing 2 pages and the lat task is on the second page.
Do i need to do other settings?
Please advise

Majid,
A couple of things come to mind. First, how large is the file? It might
be possible that if the file is large enough, trying to print on a
single page exceeds the resolution limit of the printer so it defaults
to what it can handle. Second, is there a page break anywhere in the
file? That will cause multiple pages regardless of whether you selected
"fit to" 1 wide by 1 tall. Third, how is it appearing in Print Preview?
If it only shows one page but yet when printed it prints on multiple
pages then I might suspect a problem with your print driver.

Of the three possibilities, the second is most likely.

Hello John,
Sorry for getting back to you late.
I still have the same problem with any file.
There is no page break and the print preview is showing the second page. I
also have found out that regardless of the file size, when I set the print to
be fit in one page, the last activity always goes to the next page.
I hope I was able to clarify it
