\Pages that disappear

Hi ... this is a really wierd one but maybe someone has an answer. I've
been using PPT for some 12 yrs now and never had this happen before.

I go to slide sorter view and there's a slide missing .... as in ...23, 24,
25, 27 ... no 26!. It did it once on me on one machine and I assumed it
was a memory prob or something, it came back when I reopened PPT. But then
it did it again on me ... same file .... on a different machine on a
different day etc etc. I guess that indicates it's 'something on the file'
.... but has anyone else experienced that? Any ideas?

Ooooops, sorry, PPT2000 - one machine running W2000, the other WMe, both
with loads of RAM etc

Wow, that's an odd one. I've never seen that--never heard of it, even.

I think I'd be very suspicious of that file. You might want to run the
CloneMe tool on it. That can help weed out the weirdies.
