The best way is to sync the Palm device with Palm Desktop and then sync the
device with Outlook, but if you no longer have access to the Palm device,
you can export the contacts from Palm Desktop to a Comma Separated Values
(.CSV) file and then import that file into Outlook. Note that not all Palm
Desktop item types can be exported to a file type that Outlook can
import...Calendar data, for example, can only be exported to one file type
and it's nothing Outlook would recognize.
