Pantone Colors

I'm trying to use Pantone colors in Publisher 2000 but it gives me the
error:

Publisher encountered a problem while trying to launch Pantone's Color
Management System. The requested action could not be completed.

How do I get this working?

What version of Windows are you using??????????????????????????????????????

Update your video drivers from the website of your video card manufacturer
and your problems will be over.

Have you done a complete/full install of Microsoft Publisher 2000?
