It seems that something has configured all Office documents on some users
here to default to the second tray of one of the printers. The printer has 3
trays, and I want Word, Excel etc. docs to use the 3rd tray as the default. I
manually go in and change tot eh 3rd tray on a document, however when I open
a new one it's defaulted to the second again (purple paper). Where can I set
this option. I know there are about 5 places you can go to choose paper and
setup options!!! Sheeeeshh! Thanks for the help.
