Paralel using Outlook and Outlook Mobile

Ok here is the problem.I want to use Microfost Outlook at home with my e-mail but also i want the same e-mail adress to be connected to my PDA again with Microsoft Outlook Mobile.The problem is that when i receive e-mail if the Outlook on the PC receivsed it 1st i never get a chance to see the e-mail ot my PDA and the the problem i sthe same if the PDA receives the e-mail 1st.I want to receive e-mails on both the PDA and the PC but i don t know how to it... :S pls help
