Partial download using Remote mail / Offline folders

When using Remote Mail, you can download just the message
headers. I'm wondering is it possible to configure Outlook
2000 or 2002, in offline mode, to

1) download, say, the first 10 lines of an email
2) download just the email message without attachments or
vice versa
