Partial Matching of Fields

Thank You for your help. I accidentally posted this message in the queries
Discussion Group.

I have two lists and want to find names that match, however List 1 contains
FIRTS NAME and LAST NAME and List 2 contains FULL NAME. How do I match?

You can combine First Name and Last name in List 1 to Full Name and then
compare the full name in the query to the full name in List 2. To combine,
put the following in a blank field in a query:
FullName = [First Name] & " " & [Last Name]
