Passing documents with macros and toolbar icons for the macros

I have come up with a few macros that I created by using the Macro Recorder.
For the simple macros that automate a few pulldowns and selections it seems
they are only worth while to use if you make them accessable as buttons on
the toolbar. So I have done that.

I recently went to someone else's computer and opened my document with those
macros. The document is on the network. I found that the buttons on the
toolbar were not there. I saw that the macros were inside the document
because I could get to them through Tools > Macro > Macros. But the buttons
I had created at my computer were not on the other guy's toolbar. And when
I then customized the toolbar by dragging the macros up to the tool bar I
found that the other guy's computer didn't have the custom icons that I had
created for each of the macros. They were blank buttons.

My goal is to create a few useful macros that 1) create and format a box of
text and 2) place arrows of defined lineweight and color, for other people
to use when they generate a particular type of powerpoint document. So I
would like them to be able to start a new PP document and see the available
macros as selectable buttons on the toolbar.
