Password for Outlook 2002

Is it possible to secure Outlook 2002 with a Password, so
that nobody even can start the program without knowing the
Password ??
Thanx for the help.

If it's just like 2000, click on Outlook Today - [Personal
Folder], properties, general tab, advanced, and change
password.
