Right click on Outlook Today, select Properties, then Advanced. Set your
password from there and don't forget it.
Also, please be aware that if you open Outlook and leave it open, it will be
available to anyone with access to your computer. You will need to shut
down Outlook when you leave the computer (and make sure it is not still
running in the background - press control+alt+delete and see if outlook.exe
is a running process under task manager - if yes, then manually kill it.)
