Password when starting Outlook 2003

Hello,

We have one user that needs to enter his password for the Exchange Server
that contains the public folders (in our corporate head quarters) when he
opens outlook. It does not ask for the password for the local (remote
site) Exchange that contains his mailbox. If he does not logon, his outlook
works offline ...

Does anyone have an idea why? All other users do not have this issue.
