password

I entered a password in outlook (file/data file management/my pst/password).
I can get into my account, it doesn't ask me for a password. I'm confused
about what that password is for and, since I can't remember what it is, if
there is anyway to change or remove it? I know what I entered, but I added
some caps and I don't remember where :-(
I know, I feel pretty stupid.
