Is it possible to to create a page that is passowrd
protected? I saw int FP Help that passwrods only work
with a UNIX system. My goal is to create a page that only
certain users could access to but I don't want them to
have the same SiteAdmin access I do.

Check with your web host. They should be able to assist you in setting up a
private subweb.
