passwords

I am stuck using a password. I have inserted a password, remembered it, typed
it in EXCATLY, and it will not let me go to my presentation.

Two things:

1. Check CAPS LOCK because passwords are case sensitive

2. Did you by chance save your presentation with a password using PowerPoint
2003 and are trying to open it up with an older version of PowerPoint?
