paste to match font of destination

I really get tired of hitting the "Paste options clipboard" to get my pasted
phrases to match the font style of the paragraph I am pasting into. Is there
a way to may make "match destination" option the default?

I don't know of any way to change the default. But try recording the paste,
then Paste Options actions in a macro and run the macro?
