Pasting Multiple-paged Word Document Table to Powerpoint

I copy and paste or drag a word document into powerpoint and it works fine,
BUT, it does not paste the 2nd page of the word document. It is a table and
I cannot get it to paste the 2nd page. How do you get it to show the 2nd
page on the powerpoint presentation slide?

Don't try to copy the whole document. Copy the second page of the doc to a
separate PowerPoint slide. And please keep in mind, that you need larger
letters for the text to be readable on the screen.

I actually tried doing that before, but the problem is,
certain parts of the table won't highlight for me to copy.
I unprotected the document but still won't work.
Also, the parts that do show, pastes way too big.
Is there another way?
