Have a problem in composing Outlook 2002 email messages where the
text is appearing on my screen and the recipients with double line
spacing.
This happens with:
(a) cutting and pasting text from some received emails
(b) adding some of my own signatures
In both cases if I use the delete key at the end of a line of text
the extra line eventually disappears when the next line of text
joining on. Now if I then hit enter I am back to double spacing. I
have to use shift enter on each joined line in turn which is a pain.
How can I fix this?
