Patch Package could not open ERROR

Upon adding ADS to my PC running Novel (NDS) network - I
can not use my Windows 2000 office suite.

WINDOWS INSTALLER - Patch packge can not be opened Verify
that it exists & that you can access it yadayada......

when I tried to reinstall/delete Windows 2000 suite it
wont let me...

Ive
reinstalled Service Pack 4
Ran MSICUU2 - Article #295823 (Windows Installer Cleanup
Utility)
Tried to reinstall Windows Installer
Ran a different REG cleaner
Logged in as the administator & tried....

still get the same error - HELP!!!!!!
