Groove 2007 doesn't include any support for natively running Groove on
PDA-type devices.
This is a common request though. There are lots of good scenarios where
Groove "awareness" (not just online-presence, but awareness of activity in
you workspaces and ability to access some subset of that content) directly
on small devices would be really useful. And then another set of actvities
where data gathering would suit a small portable machine better than a
laptop, tablet or even UMPC-style device. So it's something we'll be
thinking about more in the future.
