Every time I synch my Palm PDa with Outlook, i get an
Outlook intrusion alert asking me if it is okay. How do i
de-activiate this feature.

Upgrade to the newest version of Hotsync & Palm Desktop. May need to
reinstall your third-party conduit afterwards, but I don't think so. You can
download the latest Palm Desktop/hotsync from www.palm.com
