I was suppose to receive a drawing through my email
instead it came as a pdf file, columns of numbers etc. Is
it possible for me to change this file back into the
picture? Thank you

The person who sended you the file has created a pdf-file out of the
picture. Check with the sender if he/she can send it to you in a different
format.
