Pen shape writing tool

In Powerpoint 02, you were given the ability to show a picture of a pen with
the ability to use the pen tool. I have not been able to find this in
Powerpoint 03.

I am able to select the pen tool, but all I get is a little dot to write
with. There is not "picture" of an actual pen when I'm writing.

Is this a feature that is not supported in 03? Or would I need to do
something to activate this feature?

It is really not a big deal, but makes giving class a little more
interesting when they watch a "pen" write on the screen rather than just a
little red dot write on a screen.

Reverian,
This has been removed in PPT 2003 as a result of introducing inking support,
not only that, one used to be able to draw a straight line using the shift
key that has gone to.
