perform a calculation if checkbox marked

I have a field called Install Required? on a template. It has two fields
associated with it that are for checking Yes or No in check boxes. The next
field is a Service Fee field, which I need to calculate 2% of the total sale
field, if the Install Required? is checked Yes. Can anyone help with this?
