permission STILL denied

hi, I'm reposting this as a suggested fix didn't work.
I'm trying to import an archive.pst file with all my old
data - emails, contacts etc, as I've just reformatted and
reloaded XP. However it appears I don't have permission
to import or open (via file>open).
help

Where are you refering to? You didn't state the suggested fix.

Don't import but use File-> Open

Make sure the file isn't marked as read only.
