We have a standard workspace that we share with a client. The workspace has
a files tab and a calendar tab. The client's role is Participant. My role
is manager.
In the files tool, the participant role is allowed to:
Add files/subfolders
Modify files
Modify own files
Delete files/subfolders
Delete own files/subfolders
In the calendar tab, the participant role as permission to:
Add appointment
Edit any appointment
Edit own appointment
Delete any appointment
Delete own appointment
However, in both tools the permissions are not working as I would expect
them to. For example, in the files tool, the client can rename a file, but
not delete it and in the calendar tool, the client can not make changes to
existing calendar items.
Is this typical behavior or am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks for any help you can provide!
