Permissions to delegates

hi,

Can anyone clarify how I can give a user access to another
users mailbox as well as allow them to reply from the
additional mailbox directly (vs.. on behalf of)
I'm sure it's just a setting I"m missing.. but HELP..I'm
confused.

Are you using Exchange? Send As permissions needs to be set on the user
object in Active Directory Users and Computers by your administrator.

The rest of the settings can be done from with-in Outlook;
