Persistent Crashes in all office programs

I have office 2003 Professional installed and upon
closing any of the office applications it automatically
opens up the "Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." This happens with Excel, Word, Access,
and Powerpoint, Outlook was not installed. This happens
EVERY time an Office application is closed. I have un-
installed and re-installed Office several times with no
luck.
Has anyone else experienced this?
The Office CD came from the Reseller Action Pack.
Any help would be greatly appreicated!
