Personal Backup Folder Utility

I do not see the "Backup" option under File in Outlook
after a successful install.

- I did not receive any errors during installation.
- I'm running Windows 2000
- I'm NOT an admin to the machine but it installed
successfully.
- The Utility is in the ad\remove programs.
- Itried online and offline and still no Backup option in
File menu..

Please assist.
