Personal Contact Lists

The lists exist under contacts where I built them, however, when new memo
created or attempting to foward mail the option to access those lists does
not exist in drop down box from the 'TO' heading. How can thiis option be
added?

Clarify what you mean by "list." That term could mean anything.
State more clearly where the list does not appear that you think it should.
