Personal contacts in Sub-folder misssing.

Hi all, we just installed SBS server 2003 & had all users migrate from pop
e-mail to Exchange. Everything went well with some small client side issues.
One issue I am having is not being able to display a sub-folder in a users
contact. We can get to the contacts the user has in the main folder, but I
cannot bring up anything in the subfolders. I am able to see the public
contacts folder & the Global address book & event his personal contacts of
the main folder, but cannot bring up anything in those sub-folders. Has
anyone encountered this issue before or know how to resolve this.
