Personal Folder is empty.

Hello, is there anyone knows why the outlook folder that i
have scanned with scanpst.exe turn up to be an empty
folder eventually...

Actually my outlook.pst file was infected by
IRC.Family.Gen and it was quarantined. After that, I have
tried to recover it by using scanpst.exe tool in Windows.
But it turns up to be an empty files.

Pls let me know if anybody knows the tricks. It will be
much appreciated.

Did you scan the files within your PST file and then
remove the virus infected emails, you could have
disconnected any network or model cable so it did not send
out while you did this.

No, norton antivirus 2003 failed to repair my pst file. So
I was forced to quarantine the whole pst file. Then i hav
to create a new pst file when i open outlook 2000 again.
Well i hav lost all my previous emails in my old pst file.
i was trying to recover the file located in the quarantine
folder but it turned up to be an empty content with some
amount of storage.

So what should i do now?
