What, precisely, has this to do with Office?! But, because you'll receive
the same response as I'm about to give you, I'll save you the trouble of
reposting to the correct place. The short answer is you don't - as Home
doesn't support PWS - that feature's available in Pro only.

You'll have to use Apache as XP Home doesn't support the MS PWS or IIS.
