Personalize messages with individual name

I am trying to send a mass mailing that looks like a
personalized message, with a different recipient's name in
the body of each email. How do I do this so it appears as
though I wrote each one personally? Example:

Dear John,

BODY OF EMAIL

Sincerely,
Todd


Dear Kathy,

BODY OF EMAIL

Sincerely,
Todd


Dear Jonas,

BODY OF EMAIL

etc....
