Hello.

I just downloaded the Personal Folders Backup feature from
MS. I have Office 2000. When I run the exe, it says that
Outlook 2000 is not installed. However, Outlook 200 is
installed on my system. How do I go aout installing
pfbackup?

My first thought is that it sounds like the component that it looks for is either missing or corrupted. I would run the Office 2000 Setup and choose the Repair option and/or upgrade to the latest service pack (which I think is SP3 at the moment) as you might be lucky and find that the service pack replaces the dodgy component - no guarantees though!
