phishing my server/

I have set up a win2003 server with mailenabe to run my smtp and pop3
services. I have noticed a large amount of "Bad Mail" which looks as
if someone is phishing me. Does anybody know if there is a way to stop
this?

Is this something to do with the smtp relay settings?
