phone book that I can print?

I am looking for a program where I can type in Cust names, address's and
phone #'s then print it on 5 1/2" by 8 1/2 " paper and put into a daytimer
book

Create a database of the customer information and merge it (using a
Directory or Catalog merge) to a booklet; see

Store them in Outlook and use mail merge to output them in any format you
