Photodraw - "Unable to start the application"

HELP ME!

I'm running Photodraw version 1 on XP SP2, and all of a sudden I have been
shown a error message saying "Unable to start the application" whenever I try
and start up Photodraw. I have tried what is mentioned on the microsoft
support website, but this has made no difference.

Do any of you know what could solve the problem?
